Life happens! If you accidentally miss your appointment without cancellation notice, you will be given a full refund or the option to reschedule. However, missing multiple appointments will result in being blocked from future bookings.

Third-party readings are divination practices that seek information about someone other than the client. For example, a client asking about the private feelings, motivations, or actions of their partner would be considered a third-party reading. 

Not all messages about others are third-party readings. Messages about family, friends, acquaintances, and relationships may come through. The key difference is that third-party readings suggest an intent to gain information that is private to another person.

I do not practice third-party readings, as I personally view them as a breach of privacy. If you are looking for a third-party reading, there are other practitioners you can reach out to for this service.
